Do you Ship to my address?
We ship to states of the UnitedStates of America only.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Patties are made to order. So,your patties will be shipped 1 week after your order is placed. Youshould receive your patties within 3 days after shipping, unless delayed byshipping service.
How do I prepare the Patties?
Step 1. Pre-heatoven or air fryer to 320° F
Step 2. Take the frozen patties out of the bag and place evenlyonto a baking sheet
Step 3. Transfer to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 320° F.
Are the patties microwavable?
Patties are best baked in an ovenor air fryer. You technically could microwave, but we don’t recommend.
Are the patties vegan or gluten free?
Patties are not gluten free, butthe veggie patties are vegan!
Is the patty a meal or snack?
The patties are perfect for alloccasions. Snacks, meals, and appetizers.
How are my patties kept frozen?
We package your shippingwith dry ice. The dry Ice may evaporate by the time you receive yourorder. That is fine, as long as your patties are received cold to thetouch. Please place them directly into the freezer.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Please email us at info@vibezpattyco.com. Failure to report spoilage within 24 hours will be at the loss of the consumer.
How to store patties?
Patties need to bestored in the freezer. Our products have no artificial preservatives orcoloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious forapproximately 8 weeks.
My patties came unfrozen?
Your patties areshipped with dry ice that may evaporite by the time you receive yourpackage. So, your patties may be defrosted by the time you receive them,this is fine. Please place them directly in the freezer.
